Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

To be eligible for return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Return request must be raised within 48 hours
• Unboxing video and product images are required

• Used or damaged products after delivery
• Products without original packaging
• Customized or personalized products
• Returns raised after allowed timeframe

Duplicate Payment: In case of an accidental double charge for the same order.
Refund Request Process Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Replacement products will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Shipped orders cannot be cancelled

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping may be paid by customer unless wrong or damaged item received
